Timothy Marshall is a Managing Director at AllianceAdvisors in charge of the EMEA business. Tim joins Alliance with over 27 years of experience in running companies in the areas of financial services, outsourcing, and technology. Tim started his career at Georgeson helping launch their international business and has lived and worked in the US, UK/Europe, and Africa. Tim has done extensive work assisting clients with advice covering mergers, acquisitions, raising capital, reducing overhead costs, and developing technology platforms.

Before joining Alliance, he worked with several start-ups and early-stage financial services, technology, and outsourcing companies. He was a founding shareholder of Qwoteme Technologies building an online lead generation marketplace for SMEs, he has worked for Mortgage Gym building a comparison marketplace for UK mortgages and he helped develop a regulated stock exchange in Southern Africa trading equity and debt securities. In addition, he helped build a UK and South African debt collection business that was successfully sold to a private equity investor and helped build a large offshore BPO company that was listed on the local stock exchange.
