Ted leads Alliance’s APAC Division, which provides proxy solicitation, ESG consulting, shareholder identification and other services to public companies in the Asia-Pacific markets. Ted has been in the proxy industry since 2005. He received his B.A. in Philosophy from Union College and his J.D. from The Catholic University of America, Columbus School of Law. He is also a member of the NJ State Bar Association.
