Rory joins Alliance Advisors with 30+ years of experience providing best-in-classESG, GRC, Business Intelligence, and Proxy solutions to many of the ASX &NZX corporates, buy-side/sell-side, government offices, law firms, and academia. His extensive experience represents a cornerstone of the corporate advisory firm’s ongoing global expansion.
Having worked on many high-profile IPOs, M&A deals, shareholder identification, investor perception studies, defense, and Proxy campaigns Rory brings a wealth of knowledge gained whilst working within the corporate markets arena after holding senior positions within Georgeson, Thomson Reuters, Nasdaq, IHS Markit, and ISS Governance.
Rory will be based in Sydney.
