Senior Vice President

Doug is a Senior Vice President in our Advisory Group, and brings a wealth of experience and expertise on a variety of corporate governance topics, including Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) issues. He advises companies on stakeholder engagement, ESG strategy, peer benchmarking and gap analyses, and in developing disclosures aligned with leading reporting standards and frameworks.

Prior to joining Alliance, he was a director at a management consultant where he partnered with clients to deploy customized ESG strategies and sustainability reporting. Previously, he was a Vice President at Georgeson, where he advised clients on a variety of the firm’s solutions, including corporate governance, proxy solicitation, unclaimed property services, and oddlot programs.

Doug received his B.A. in Literature from Bard College.
