Dakota Goerl is a Senior Analyst in the Proxy Solicitation Group and the manager of the support staff within the group. She supports the senior proxy executives with a key focus on vote projections, advisory firm influence analyses, and governance research. She received her B.A. in Psychology with a minor in Business Administration from Montclair State University.
