As CFO, Ben directs the company’s financial strategy and oversees accounting, financial planning and analysis, treasury, tax reporting/compliance, mergers & acquisitions (M&A) and procurement.

Ben has spent the last twenty years working with high-growth, private-equity backed businesses and has experience across the full range of accounting and finance disciplines in both start-up and Fortune 500 environments. Ben is a proven team builder – recruiting, developing and leading finance departments to address specific enterprise requirements.Ben positions his teams to contribute both within and beyond the traditional finance functions.

From and industry standpoint, Ben has worked in the data-center services, broadband, media & entertainment, consumer products and professional services sectors. Ben has broad M&A experience.from both a financial and operational-integration perspective.

Ben is a Certified PublicAccountant and a graduate of New York University, where he received a BS inAccounting and Economics.
