The Expansion
Alliance markedly expands its service offerings to include proxy solicitation, governance consulting and information agent services. The firm brings senior proxy executives on board as partners.

The Launch
Alliance launches an affiliate company, Alliance Shareholder Communications, further expanding its business into asset reunification and mutual fund proxy solicitations.

Alliance expands its corporate governance practice by opening offices in Atlanta, Georgia and Rockville, MD.
